Our programs are not focused on a specific scale number for a reason. We understand that every(body) is different and focus (in the initial stage) on a goal that you'd like to accomplish. Whether it's losing, gaining or maintaining your current weight, we trust that you'll listen to your body before making a decision.

After choosing and purchasing your program, you'll be emailed a form to fill out your information including your goals, eating habits, fitness level & so much more! This is how we begin thinking about you beyond the gym, by asking the right questions!

Schedule your first call

Hooray! You've started the right way, it's time to put your trainer to the test. We schedule you for an initial consultation with Catherine - fitness trainer and self-love advocate to go over your initial onboarding form and ask any questions (seriously, anything goes!) Our goal is to make you as comfortable as possible to begin this incredible journey with a community to match.

WHILE WE DO THE WORK.

Sit down and relax

We've developed an imperfect system to create the perfect system for you. Our team will assess everything you've told us and create a Health & Fitness program, which includes 6 to 8 weeks of detailed training, a custom nutrition plan, a self-care workbook, a measurement checker etc. Have any questions or changes you'd like to see during this time?
